Alpine Learning 2023 policies

Cancellation Request Policy: All refunds are subject to review. Refund requests can be submitted to robynsakehurst@gmail.com and are subject to a $300 cancellation fee. 

Payment Policies: Each program will be available to book at the beginning of the season (fall, winter and summer). Payment is due within 7 days. A late fee will be charged if unpaid within 7 days. E Transfers, cash and credit cards are all acceptable methods of payment. *Funding payments are accepted and these will be discussed case by case.

Schedule: Our staff are off on STAT holidays and you will not be charged for sessions. We work on Pro D Days and Independent school holidays. These days are included in Programs. We follow the SD48 school Calendar for winter and spring holidays. 

Missed Days/Make up days Policy: There will be no refunds for missed days or make up days once the program starts. E.g. last minute vacation, forgot session was on, or other non emergency reasons.

Drop-in Sessions Policies: Drop in sessions are case by case. These are usually discussed with the educator and family based on availability and in addition to a program. We require a 48 hours cancelation policy on a drop in session for refund to occur. Drop in sessions will be added to the following month' s invoice. 

Moving Days/Times Policy: Once an established day and time has been confirmed, this is your child’ s program. All inquiries to move or change sessions must follow the cancelation request policy. We will do our best to work with your child' s schedule. 

Educator Cancelation Policy: If an educator needs to cancel a session, they will do their best to reschedule within the program dates. If there is no solution for rescheduling a session then a credit will be added to the following month' s invoice. 

September 2022-23 Rates: 

$85 an hour in person, $75 for 45 mins in person $120 an hour home visits New Student admin fee $150 includes assessment.
