Alpine Learning Covid-19 Safety Protocol
Based on Vancouver Coastal Health’s safety guidelines for indoor settings, Alpine Learning is aligning with these guidelines and implementing the following to ensure the continued safety of all students and staff:

Mandatory Face Covering
Alpine Learning is following the BC Public Health Order regarding Masks in an indoor
setting. This includes any visitors 5 years of age and older and workers who must wear a
face covering while inside an indoor public space.

Please note: private businesses have a right to refuse entry to customers not wearing a mask and we will be implementing this practice immediately to ensure the health and safety of our clients and staff. Alpine Learning does not fall under the BC Schools Act but rather under an indoor setting as a private business. Mask exemptions do not apply in public business as we follow our Communicable Disease Plan. Putting others at risk does not take priority over a person's rights and we are happy to provide the following to accommodate our clients.

• Masks are available at the entrance for those clients who have forgotten their mask.
• All students have the right to request tutoring virtually and we are happy to accommodate this request.
• Clients who are unable to follow the mask order can take a break in services until the mask order is lifted. We would be pleased to hold your spot during this time.
